  • Preparation

    • We work with you before the event to curate an embroidery menu that can include your logo, themed designs, a multitude of fonts or monograms, as well as a variety of colors. We can provide premium items for your attendees at an additional cost or you can provide your own items.

    Logistics

    • Our team handles everything seamlessly from setup to cleanup, so your event stays effortlessly polished from start to finish. We provide a fully equipped embroidery station along with a simple pickup area for finished items. You’re also welcome to design a custom pickup display that complements your event’s theme.

    • We can embroider names, initials, as well as small icons and designs

    • Popular items we embroider include tote bags, toiletry bags, belt bags, bandanas, pocket squares, shirts, jackets, cocktail napkins, and more. We’ll work with you in advance to choose items that best fit your event and brand.

    • Item turnaround time for fonts depends on the size and type of the font as well as how many characters. For designs, it depends on the size and how many colors are in the design. On average each embroidered item takes ~5 Minutes

    • A single embroidery machine can embroider between 10-12 Items/Hour with either text or a design (both take more time). More machines can be added for your event to accommodate the number of attendees or length of your event.

  • Pricing is based to accommodate the number of attendees, length of the event, and the type of customization.

    ~$250/Hour with a 3 Hour minimum for 1 machine with capacity of 10-12 Items/Hour for either text or a design.

    • For a 50 person, 3 hour event - 2 machines and technicians would be needed = 60-72 items = ~$1,600

    • For a 150 person, 5 hour event - 3 machines and technicians would be needed = 150-180 items = ~$3,900

  • We’re based in Oklahoma City and regularly serve clients across the region.

    For events >30 Miles out of North Oklahoma City:

    • 30 - 75 Miles = +$75

    • 75 - 150 Miles = +$150

    For out-of-state events, we’re happy to travel — just reach out for a custom quote.

    • We require a 2 FT x 6 FT area with an additional 2 FT x 2 FT for each additional machine

    • We provide a 2 FT x 6FT table for a fully equipped embroidery station along with a simple pickup area for finished items. You’re also welcome to design a custom pickup display that complements your event’s theme.

    • We require one, 120V 15A circuit for up to 5 machines

  • We recommend booking 3-4 weeks in advance to secure your date, but we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when possible.
